Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with supplier and customer for order shipment
• Prepare documentation – issue DO, Service Reports, import/ export shipping documents, etc
• Oversee and check proper loading/ unloading of goods
• Liaise with freight forwarders, vendors, and customers for collection and delivery of goods in Singapore and overseas
• Tracking of shipments
• Ensure smooth execution of daily operational job orders and delivery arrangement
• Respond and resolve urgent customer demand in a timely manner
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor

· Attend to customers including front-counter duties.

Job scope:

• Perform Know Your Customer “KYC” documents collection for the assigned portfolio
• Meet or exceed KYC documents collection workflow via active project management
• Perform AML CFT procedures (e.g. vouching) as per policy requirements.
