• Managing the appointment booking and room reservations, cashiering and accurate posting of charges to point of sales systems
• Answering phone calls and maintaining tidiness of the reception area as well as any other administrative duties which the Company may assign from time to time
• Assisting consultants in the sales of spa service/products where required
