Role Overview:

The Commercial Executive (CE) will play a key backend role in supporting the commercial team

with various administrative tasks and processes that are essential to ensure smooth operations.

This role is focused on providing auxiliary support to the Commercial Managers (CMs) without

direct interaction with clients. The CE will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer data,

assisting with the preparation of quotations and proposals, and handling service recovery tasks

• Working Hours: 10am - 8pm (weekdays), 10am - 5pm (weekends)

Job Description:

• •Assisting and performing all incoming documentation check to ensure consistency and compliance to process
• Adherence to system process, updating and administrative support
• Handle enquiry calls and emails
• Preparation and disbursement of loans
• Assess and review of loan agreements
• Any other ad-hoc duties
