• Conduct regular inspections of work areas to verify compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
• Inspect and assess equipment to confirm it is in good working condition and does not pose environmental or health risks to users or the workplace.
• Recommend and implement solutions to address unsafe practices or conditions in the workplace.
• Perform risk assessments on work sites to identify and mitigate potential dangers.
• Prepare detailed reports on workplace safety assessments and findings.
• Manage all environmental health-related matters, including:
  1. Control and prevention of disease-bearing insects and rodents.
  2. Proper disposal and management of construction waste.
  3. Monitoring and mitigation of noise, air, and dust pollution.
  4. Prevention of earth littering and maintaining site cleanliness.
  5. Addressing siltation in drainage systems.
  6. Ensuring food hygiene standards are upheld in workers’ canteens, if applicable.
  7. Overseeing any other environmental health concerns.

Requirement:

• Diploma in any field.
• Registered Environmental Control Officer with NEA.
• At least 3 years of working experience.
• Preferably personnel specialized in Building Construction - Environmental/ Health/ Safety or equivalent.
• Candidate who possesses high experience will be considered for senior role.

This role has to promptly & professionally attend to the customers when they walk into our service centres. He/She coordinates the front line operation, booking of appointment and provide general administrative support (Handle first level of complaints, assisting Service Advisor's & Call agents ensure cleanliness and smooth operation of the centre and any adhoc tasks assigned by the customer service Manager).

Job Scope

• Attend to the needs of the customer’s professionally and quickly such that the customer’s waiting time is kept to the minimum.

• To assist in completion of payment transaction according to agreed terms before releasing vehicle.

• Provide assistance and support to Service Advisor's/Call agents/Customer Service Executive

• Walkabout in service centres and observe cues from customers

• Speak to customers waiting at the service lounge and perform upselling whenever possible

• Assist with inbound/outbound calls and making appointment booking for customers to visit the service centre.

• Do a follow-up call on no-show booking customers to fix another appointment booking date.

• Assist to answer all telephone calls within 3 rings in a courteous and pleasant tone and voice with appropriate greeting, salutation where appropriate, announcement of company name and personal name.

• Transfer the calls in a professional manner where the other party is being informed of the transfer and the extension that they are being transferred to.

• Record messages accurately from customers and follow-up with SAs to ensure that messages/ calls are replied.

• Assist in the daily operation of the reception.

• Assist with collation of intake reports.

• Assist Customer Service Executive in handling 1st level of complaint cases

• Assist with cashiering and document submission to finance and respective managers

• Handle non-booking walk in customers tactfully to uphold customer service level standards at all times.

• Any adhoc tasks assigned by customer service Manager

Knowledge & Skills

• Preferably Diploma Holders who specialized in Customer Service

• Minimum 3 years working experience in relevant customer service industry.

• Proactive and independent with positive attitude.

Job Responsibilities:

· Implement and monitor Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) practices at work sites.

· Conduct regular WSH inspections and ensure follow-up actions are taken to maintain safety compliance.

· Ensure all health and safety policies, procedures, rules, and regulations are adhered to, regularly reviewed, updated, and effectively communicated.

· Ensure the company fulfills its statutory obligations regarding health, safety, and welfare at work, including statutory training and reporting requirements.

Job Requirements:-

• Possess relevant safety certificates (Eg Advanced Certificate in WSH, Safety Officer's Course or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Building Construction
• Familiar with ISO45001, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001

1. The RTO Shall supervise all civil, structural and geotechnical building works, including structural elements for architectural work, building services, electrical and mechanical (M&E), and specialist engineering works for compliance with the PUB/LTA’s requirements and other authorities’ and agencies’ requirements for permanent works and temporary works.

2. The RTO shall be independent and energetic to perform permanent shift work or late night supervision and project management work.

3. The RTO shall be competent with all necessary Ministry of Manpower WS requirements e.g. Work-At- Height (WAH), Lifting work, Permit-To-Work (PTW) etc.

4. The RTO shall possess high proficiency in MS Excel, Power-point and maintaining of proper daily work progress record.
