Job Scope:

• Serve as primary coverage for educational contact person for the postgraduate programme.
• Assist and support the administration of Postgraduate Training Programmes.
• Assist and support the administration of medical seminars and workshops.
• Plan and administer programme onboarding, and orientation.
• Track all evaluations, monitor, and document compliance.
• Maintain documentation of all training records.

• Min Diploma in any relevant field preferably in healthcare

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in creating social media content (posts, videos, and stories) that resonates with our audience.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target demographics.
• Help manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries.
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and branding initiatives.
• Assist in event planning and on-site coordination.

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
• Strong interest in beauty, skincare, and aesthetics.
• Creative thinker with excellent communication skills.
• Team player who is organized and detail-oriented.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with social media analytics tools.
• Photography or video shooting/editing experience.
