We have a vacancy to be a part of a prestigious project in Singapore.
As a Resident Technical Officer (RTO), you will assist in supervising the construction of civil and structural works. You will ensure that all activities comply with project specifications and Building Control regulations, supporting the efficient execution of construction tasks.

· Providing supervision for construction works, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations
· Quality control of all civil, structural and architectural works
· Monitor progress of the works on site and any off-site manufacturing facilities as well as report delays immediately
· Support in maintaining records of works, materials, equipment, and contractor schedules, ensuring site safety and compliance
· Help manage the site office, ensuring cleanliness, proper filing systems, seating arrangements, office security, and maintenance of office equipment
· Provide standing supervision as and when required by contractors and provide full support in communicating instructions and ensuring that works are carried out accordingly
· Check drawings, documents and report discrepancies.
Is this role right for you?
• Accredited with IES-ACES with a valid Resident Technical Officer (RTO) Practicing Certificate
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Resident Technical Officer supervising C&S and architecture work
• Experience in supervision of RC construction, slope works, and civil/external works, tree felling and pruning, quality control of architecture works
• Familiar with local regulations/codes for Civil & Structural related to building projects
• Able to resolve site and technical issues, prepare and document detailed site progress reports
• A good team player with effective communication skills and experience in assisting Resident Engineer in supervision works
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge in BIM will be an added advantage.
