The Job:

We are seeking an Officer who will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment, training, scheduling, and coordination of volunteers. Aside from impact tracking, he/she also helps to ensure the smooth operations of volunteer programmes including events to enhance engagement and retention.

· Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with volunteers, staff and external stakeholders.
