· Manages the purchases of construction materials at site.

· Call for quotations and source for new supplies if need and recommendation of award.

· Follow up on complaints on product quality.

Requirements:

- Ensure workplace safety, health and environment practices, procedures and processes comply with WSH Act and regulations, Code of Practice and ISO 14001 and ISO 45001,

- Manage incident via in-house incident reporting system and perform investigations, recommend actions and follow up matters arising from these activities,

- Collate and analyze incident statistics (incident / near miss) and recommend intervention strategies; to eliminate/reduce the risk of future occurrences and incidents of ill health and lost workdays;

- Inspect workplace to identify hazard and risk and implement corrective actions accordingly,

- Perform annual internal audit as well as the support external audit when assigned,

- Perform Safety Induction Program for all new employees as well as developing and implementing programs to raise employees’ awareness of work risks and to help cultivate a strong safety culture within the organization,

- Review and update WSH requirements in Company’s Safety Management System manual and support safety programs / initiative,

- Prepare and implement safe work procedure and risk assessment for every single job,

- Manage permit application and renewal process,

- Conduct HSE promotional events,

- Any other duties as assigned.

Job description:

Customer support:

• To arrange service visiting, install, repair, troubleshooting, and relocation on site.

• To set up and dismantle equipment for demonstrations.

• To conduct equipment familiarization training for users.

• To answer service enquiries.

• To attend user’s meetings.

• To install and commission new equipment at customer’s sites.

Service administration

• To prepare service quotations, contracts, report, and invoice.

• To arrange spare parts from suppliers.

• To send / deliver repair item and spare parts.

• To collect equipment for in-house repairs.

• To deliver new equipment to customers.

• To attack and pursue outstanding debts.

• To send faulty parts to vendors for checking and testing.

• To furnish technical information and quality report to Principal.

Job requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Engineering

• Min. 1 to 2 years of experience in going clients’ sites to perform servicing

• Experience in medical device servicing is advantageous
