• Learn to screen gynaecological and non-gynaecological specimens under the supervision of the senior cytotech.

• Comply with the senior staff with regards to work procedures and duties.

• Willing to undergo training and development as and when necessary.

• Perform all procedures in accordance with the laboratory protocols and SOPs.

• Learn FNA techniques and with experience be able to make an on-site diagnosis.

• Comply with the safe disposal of the Gynae and Non-Gynae samples

• Assist in recording and filing of QA sheets.

• Perform any other related duties assigned by the supervisor.

• Perform installation & provides basic technical training when neccessary (mainly Medical Device family)
• Perform warranty and corrective repairs / maintenance visits
• Perform related upgrades / Technical Service Bulletin from factory instructions to ensure devices are up to date.
• Provide support to sales and marketing for congresses, exhibitions, demos, workshops, etc
• Capable of working with Medical Device network connectivity Service Operational Tasks
• Escalate quality-related situation, market dynamics and issues from field to the Service management in his country

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in engineering
• At least 2 years of service engineer experience
