Responsibilities:

• To set up new machines or ITS contracts
• To generate and send out contract renewal letters
• To follow up and monitor customer’s reply for contract renewal
• To renew service contract in system
• To attend to customer’s request regarding transfer, termination, extension of contracts (FSA)
• To generate monthly contract renewal report
• To track contract renewal %
• To compile reasons on why customers do not renew the contract
• To generate EOL report and group by customer segmentation
• To assist in customer loyalty/retention program
• To perform updates on service contract in system

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Level.
• Preferably 1 year relevant working experience.
• Must be proficient in office applications.

· Report to the WSH Manager

· Drive, coordinate and implement day-to-day WSH initiatives, including daily tool-box meetings.

· Maintain and improve WSH standards and practices at the workplace

· Prepare WSH reports on regular basis.

· Promote WSH activities and conduct regular training to the workers

· Conduct WSH audit and where required, undertake incident investigations.

· Ensure compliance of operations with WSH regulations and requirements

· Perform statutory roles of Registered WSH Officer

· Support WSH Manager in preparing and coordinating WSH Committee Meeting and weekly safety coordination meeting.

· Support WSH Manager in the collation and compilation of WSH work records and data for the purpose of audit and as may be required by WSH regulations.

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years relevant experience as WSHO.

· Willing to work 5.5 days/week at project site office.

· Conversant with MS Office software.

· Willing to work at West Area.

· Experience in Marine Project or other public sector projects will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead the site safety team and subcontractors in the implementation of company's safety systems.
• Liaise closely with site operations staff and project manager on all safety and health issues.
• To supervise safety and promote safety conduct.
• To inspect and rectify any unsafe place of work.
• To correct any unsafe practice;
• Conduct regular safety inspection/audits to identify safety and health hazards and conduct safety gap analysis.
• Assist in accident reporting and investigations as well as tool-box meetings.
• Assist in all areas of safety planning and incident prevention.
