Responsibilties

• Driving strategic transformation business initiatives for the Private Capital business across all strategies in collaboration with the APAC business stakeholders
• ⁠Partnering with strategic clients in making digital portal products client-relevant, market-aligned and industry-leading
• Play a critical role in defining and delivering the Private Capital business development roadmap.
• Work closely with the Private Capital business teams in various locations in APAC, including operation teams and product solution teams.
• Partner with clients in understanding their requirements for the digital portals and promote ongoing impactful upgrades to the digital portals.
• Contribute significantly to the improvement & initiatives of the processes in the global eco-system, support the digital portal journey and implement change in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent
• Good understanding of the business, including: Fund Administration, Loan Administration, Investor Services, encompassing all Private Capital strategies including: Private Equity, Private Debt, Infrastructure and Real Estate.
• More than 3 years of relevant experience in the fields of Private Capital fund administration (Operations or IT ideally)
• Experienced with eFront Invest solutions (Operations, IT Support, Business Analyst, etc…)

Job Purpose:

The Procurement Officer will oversee and execute procurement activities with efficiency and precision, ensuring full compliance with the school’s procurement policies and government regulations. This role demands a proactive and detail-oriented individual to provide end-to-end support, promoting transparency, fairness, and optimal resource management throughout the procurement process.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Administer procurement activities, provide end-to-end support and advice to internal requestor on procurement procedure, guide them through the entire procurement process.
• Review and prepare procurement documents for publication, evaluation, award recommendations etc. Check and ensure quotation bids are evaluated fairly and in strict compliance to the school’s procurement procedure and Government Instruction manual (IM).
• Perform transactions on GEBIZ, publishing quotation, raising award, issuance of Purchase Order (PO), contracts and etc.
• Liaise with internal requestor on contract management, track and timely complete all purchase request assigned.
• Support internal officers on administrative duties such as information collation, filing of documents etc. Perform any administrative task or other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• A Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in government procurement.
• Familiarity with GeBIZ e-procurement system and other procurement tools.
• Knowledge of government procurement procedures is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or collaboratively in a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.

Job Description:

• Understanding of Project Specifications, construction drawings and to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and client’s requirements
• Monitor site works to ensure the method statements and work procedure are strictly followed.
• Competent in carrying out supervision of structural works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor’s work site
• Ensure the Builder executes the work in accordance to Consultant’s instructions
• Check drawings for discrepancies and highlight to Consultant, suggesting possible solutions to prevent delays
• Conduct quality inspections and quality control of materials used for the project
• To ensure proper documentation of site inspection records, safety records and approved /as-built drawings
• Maintaining and updating site records on progress of work, housekeeping and preparing reports
• Verify the contractors’ progress payment, claim in terms of work done and materials/equipment delivered and stored on site
• Witness all the inspection, testing and commissioning sessions performed by the contractors to ensure compliance with designs and specifications
• Report to project QP / Project Consultants Team on quality and progress
• Period: 36 months
• Start from: December 2024

Requirement:

• Min Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in supervision of residential buildings
• Resident Technical Officer Certificate accredited by IES / ACES
• Knowledge and Experience in institutional
• Conversant in statutory code and requirements
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communications skills essential

Salary: UP to $3,300 per month

Contract duration: until Dec 2025 (subject to operations needs & individual performance)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls & site visit to ensure timely consent collection
• Reach out to the respondent from selected establishment to participate and in digital survey data transmission
• Explain survey objectives and procedures to respondent on the confidential database to be extracted
• Interpret survey questions to help respondents’ comprehension
• Compile, record, input results and data from interview surveys into the system
• Conduct administrative tracking of the collection progress.
• Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline
• Identify and report problems in obtaining valid data

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in administrative & customer service
• Prior experience in call center environment will be beneficial
• Able to work in a fast paced environment & achieved assigned targets/KPIs
• Well spoken & good communication skills
• Proficient in MS office, especially Excel
