• Support the Treasury Group (TG) in managing the branch’s investment portfolio, overseeing Asset and Liability Management (ALM), and ensuring effective liquidity management.
• Manage and monitor the branch’s liquidity position, ensuring smooth cash flow operations by executing various money market transactions.
• Provide loan/deposit rate quotes to internal and external counterparties to support business needs and maintain competitive positioning.
• Monitor and analyze financial markets to ensure the branch adheres to MAS liquidity regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with money market counterparties, including participating in business trips to strengthen connections and expand the branch’s network.
• Conduct KYC due diligence on counterparties to ensure compliance and minimize risk exposure.
• Accurately enter money market and investment product transactions into internal systems and support the investment team.
• Prepare various reports, including position, market, and financial reports.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the banking or financial institution sector, specifically in ALM or liquidity management.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, particularly money market products (e.g., interbank cash trades, repos, and FX).
• Independent, with the ability to work collaboratively and engage a diverse team of stakeholders across different branches and units or divisions at Head Office.
• FMRP certification would be a plus

SUMMARY OF POSITION OBJECTIVES:

Reporting to the Laboratory Manager, this position will be required to perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to assist in prevention, diagnosis, treatment of diseases as well as patients monitoring with the clinicians. POSITION OBJECTIVES
