• Understand HR & Recruiting principles and act accordingly

Executive Assistant Support Responsibilities

• Coordinate and interact with executive assistants inside and outside SAP as a regular part of the job.
• Support managers with administrative assistance (e.g. scheduling of meetings, meeting infrastructure like conference room booking, facilities booking, travel management etc.)
• Prepare meeting agendas, create and distribute meeting materials, taking meeting minutes, send follow-up communications and tracking action items.
