In this role, you’ll be pivotal in connecting customers with technical solutions, supporting the sales team, and managing customer relationships to ensure our clients receive top-notch service and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Sales Support - Assist the sales team by understanding customer needs, creating proposals, and presenting technical solutions.

Customer Engagement - Build strong relationships with both existing and potential clients, listening to their needs and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and above

Able to work independently, proactive, and focused on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to customers.
