• Serve as the primary expert for bank users on the Supply Chain Finance platform and its ecosystem.
• Oversee the end-to-end management of production incidents and service requests related to the Supply Chain Finance platform, including ticket creation, progress tracking, and coordination with internal teams for data extraction.
• Provide in-depth support and troubleshooting for production incidents on the Supply Chain Finance platform, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to analyze impacts, implement workarounds, and identify root causes.

Job requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or Economics.
