Job Description

Technical Repair Skills:

· Develop hands-on skills in repairing mobile phones, tablets, and other handheld devices, including screen replacements, battery replacements, and component-level repairs.

· Gain proficiency in using specialized tools and equipment for disassembly, reassembly, and testing of mobile devices.

Quality Assurance:

· Follow standardized repair procedures and quality control measures to ensure repairs meet company standards and industry specifications.

· Conduct thorough testing and inspection of repaired devices to verify functionality and identify any remaining issues.

· Document repair activities, including parts used, repairs performed, and test results, accurately and comprehensively.

Safety and Compliance:

· Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

· Follow company policies and procedures regarding data privacy, security, and compliance with regulations related to electronic device repair.

Working schedule & Salary package

• 6 days working per week (11.00am – 9.00pm), 1 day off per week.
• You can choose your off day on special occasions.
• $1,800 SGD (During probation period)
• Up to $3,000 SGD (Commission after probation period)

Requirements

• 1-2years in mobile repair background experience will be an advantage.
• Candidate with no relevant experience also welcome as trainee.
• Singaporean / Singapore PR / LTVP are also welcome!

· Analyse, develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain, test applications.

· The primary work comprises of requirement analysis, mapping design, technical specification, programming, code review, job scheduling, perform unit test and SIT, support UAT, deploy to production, post implementation support, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities:

· Design and architect ELK, Opentelemetry and monitoring solutions for microservices, containers, VMs and bare metal infrastructure

· Implement ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for centralized logging and analysis

· Implement Opentelemetry for distributed tracing and metrics collection

· Integrate monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, Zipkin for metrics, tracing and visualizations

· Manage and scale ELK and Opentelemetry implementations on Kubernetes, cloud platforms like AWS, GCP

· Troubleshoot issues with logging, tracing and monitoring; provide tuning recommendations

· Stay up-to-date on latest developments in open source observability tools and techniques

Requirements:

· 7+ years of experience designing, implementing and managing observability platforms

· Expert-level knowledge of ELK stack, Opentelemetry, Grafana, and other leading open source tools

· Experience setting up observability for complex microservices architectures and large-scale distributed systems

· Knowledge of observability best practices like traces sampling, logs parsing, metrics storage, etc.

· Experience with observability in public cloud platforms like AWS, GCP

· Ability to build and lead an observability team and mentor junior engineers

· Strategic mindset to evaluate and incorporate new technologies into observability stack

· Experience with scaling and securing logging and monitoring platforms

· Understanding of metrics, logs and traces correlation to troubleshoot effectively
