The Content Developer will be part of the team in Hua Mei Training Academy (HMTA) within the Tsao Foundation. He/She will be responsible for conducting needs analysis, designing and developing new curriculum and courseware and conducting periodic review of existing courseware, with revisions as required.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) with relevant stakeholders to identify emerging trends and relevant courses to support the emerging trends.
• Design and develop curriculum and courseware based on the Tsao philosophy.
• Conduct recruitment of volunteer Adult Educators (AE) based on upcoming training needs/new courses.
• Conduct interviews, as part of the volunteer AE interview panel, to ascertain the suitability of volunteer AEs.
• Conduct train-the-trainer workshops to induct AEs into new courses and workshops.
• Conduct periodic focus group discussion with AEs to gain insights from the existing LR courses.
