The Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• More than 8 years of relevant Oracle HR Application
• In depth understanding of data structure of different HR module
• Experience in all phases of system implementation lifecycle
• Experience in cloud technology and mobile applications
• Strong project management and vendor management skills
• Proven track record in leading successfully in a matrix environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day L2 support for Java/Web-based applications.
• Coordinate and support infrastructure maintenance activities.
• Manage new application releases following best release management practices.

Overview:

This is an opportunity to directly work in a health services sector as an Application Support Engineer (System Analyst).

Responsibilities:

• Provide level 2 application support, liaise with level 1 and level 3 support teams within the company and other organizations to resolve incidents and recover service.
• Provide 24/7 primary application maintenance and support.
• Work with level 3 support teams to fulfill service requests and change requests.
• Document and track incidents, service requests, change requests and provide regular progress updates.
• Coordinate closely with support teams to test and deploy defect fixes, enhancements and patches to production environment.
• Lead and coordinate regular system maintenance and upgrade activities such as monthly maintenance, patching and hotfix deployments.
• Review and update project documentation and processes.

Requirements:
