We are seeking an experienced IBM BPM/BAW Senior Developer with over 8+ years of expertise in developing, customizing, and enhancing user interfaces within the IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of BPM Application, UI Development and Customization, and hands-on experience in creating responsive, dynamic, and user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement responsive UI components for IBM BPM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and user experience standards.
• Customization: Customize and enhance IBM BPM Coaches and UI toolkits to meet specific project requirements.
• Integration: Work on integrating BPM UI components with backend services, including REST APIs and web services.
• Migration: Migrate existing custom application to IBM Application with similar existing functionalities.
• User Experience: Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to understand user needs and translate them into functional UI designs.
• Troubleshooting: Analyse and resolve BPM application related issues within BPM processes and ensure seamless performance across different platforms.
• Best Practices: Implement best practices in UI development, ensuring reusability, scalability, and high performance.
• Automated Testing and Deployment: Conduct thorough testing of UI components using automated testing and deployment to ensure robustness, responsiveness, and compatibility with different browsers.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to UI development and enhancements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with BPM developers, architects, and other team members to ensure smooth integration of UI components within the overall BPM solutions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• IBM BPM Expertise: 8+ years of hands-on experience with IBM BPM, specifically in developing and customizing UI components.
• UI/UX Design: Proficiency in designing user-friendly, responsive interfaces using IBM BPM Coaches, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Frameworks: Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries like AngularJS, React, or Vue.js is a plus.
• BPM Tools: Strong understanding of IBM BPM Process Designer, Coaches, and UI Toolkit.
• Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with integrating BPM with RESTful services, SOAP, and other APIs.

Responsibilities

• Based on the cases assigned, troubleshoot, and develop the solution that meets the business needs using the OutSystems Rapid Application Development platform.
• Conduct peer code reviews as specified according to project standards.
• Deliver all documentations defined for the projects that minimally includes design specifications, program specifications and unit test plan.
• Design, document and develop programs to resolve cases and ensure the developed programs fulfil the business requirements.
• Ensure optimal system design and configuration of the application functionality.
• Ensure programs developed pass the required vulnerability assessments and code quality inspections.
• Ensure the quality of the deliverables.
• Participate in any quality assurance activities and resolve any risks or areas for improvement identified.
• Participate in the change request process which includes performing impact assessment, development, and testing.
• Perform risk management which includes identification of risk, provision of mitigation solutions and management for risks.
• Perform the following key maintenance and implementation activities:
• Plan, identify, define, and conduct unit testing to ensure the proposed solution fulfils the business requirements.

• Provide on-site support where necessary.
• Provide technical support to the Functional Consultants during system integration and user acceptance testing, implementing code changes if required.
• Responsible for complying with the program standards, processes and technical standards defined for the project.
• Responsible for ensuring the proposed solution is aligned with the overall architecture design.
• Responsible for the design and development of all integration points and interfaces with SAP, any selected 3rd party software, and other applications/systems
• Responsible for the timely preparation and reporting of progress status updates to the Project Manager and other management.
• Troubleshoot any problems reported before and after implementation of solution
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Responsibilities:
• Manage the project site by overseeing the day-to-day site operation and activities.
• Plan, implement and monitor the work schedules according to the master and detailed work programmes.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning and sequencing of the construction operations according to the Project Quality Plan.
• Liaise with client's representatives on site, sub-contractors and suppliers.
