Job Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software development within the financial services industry, ideally with exposure to interdealer broking or related fields.
• Proven experience with enterprise-grade application development, integration, and support.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related technical discipline.
• Proficiency in a range of programming languages and frameworks, including .NET (Framework & Core), C#, Java, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Apache Kafka, ActiveMQ, ElasticSearch, and other middleware tools.
• Strong database management skills (Oracle DB, MS SQL Server, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB).
• Familiarity with OTC interest rate and FX derivatives instruments is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business contexts.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and VBA macros is a plus.

Job Description

• Strong written communications especially related to articulating technical specifications
• 4+years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics 2016/365 CRM
• Experience in customizations, JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, SQL Server, SSRS including plugins, scripting and form creation
• Knowledge of the O365 platform as it pertains to feature sets that integrate with Dynamics CRM solutions including SharePoint and OneDrive/OneNote
• Familiarity with Data Export Service and Azure SQL

Job Responsibilities

• Interact with prospects / clients to understand business requirements and document the same
• Demonstrate MSCRM solution capabilities to the client
• Create Solution design to address client business, interface and performance requirements
• Advise on complex MS Dynamics CRM business cases and propose comprehensive solutions based on MS CRM, 3rd parties and customizations
• Create functional requirement and functional design for customizations
• Create estimates for implementation tasks
• Provide MS Dynamics SME expertise to client and mentor team members
• Data migration (Data mapping) from external systems into MS CRM
• Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing
• Conduct user and administrator training

• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues that may arise
• Involved in the entire cycle of software / mobile development
• Provide solution in the improvement of software

Job Requirement :
