Key Responsibilities:

Technical Sales Support - Assist the sales team by understanding customer needs, creating proposals, and presenting technical solutions.

Application Engineering - Recommend and design HVAC solutions based on client specifications, ensuring technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness.

Customer Engagement - Build strong relationships with both existing and potential clients, listening to their needs and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Project Coordination - Work with internal teams and suppliers to ensure projects are executed smoothly and solutions meet customer expectations.

Documentation & Reporting: Keep accurate records, including proposals, technical specifications, project timelines, and sales reports.

Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor products to offer innovative solutions that keep us competitive.

Participate in post-project reviews to evaluate project performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

Conduct training sessions for internal teams, contractors, and clients on product application, installation best practices, and maintenance procedures to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and above

Minimum of 1-2 years in sales or application engineering within the HVAC industry (fresh graduates with relevant internships are also welcome to apply)

Relevant certifications in HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems are a plus.

Able to work independently, proactive, and focused on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to customers.

Job Overview

A team that manages and runs the Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) platform to support data exchanges within intranet and with external entities.

Job Responsibilities

• This role is responsible to provide support in migrating, upgrading, configuring, troubleshooting and administering the EAI Platforms (eg. file transfer, API gateway) in non-Production and Production environments on AWS.
• Documents, gather business requirements on applications development.
• Develop and configure adapters/connectors for various enterprise applications
• Support and provide technical support for EAI platforms, addressing issues promptly and efficiently in both Production and non-Production environments.

Job Requirements

• Degree/diploma in Computer Science, Computing, Electrical Engineering or IT or equivalent
• Strong understanding of application server concepts and technologies
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving middleware-related issues in a production environment.
• Knowledge in EAI Models and platform engineering is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python
• Good knowledge of Application Integration middleware and technologies is preferred
• Experience in AWS services setup and administration or equivalent is required

Job Description:

• Provide centralisation and related services for the official passports. This includes assisting employees with the withdrawal and return of the passports, safekeep and perform regular stocktake of the passports, as well as tracking of expiry dates.
• Operate the mail despatch services. This includes performing the administration actions required to receive incoming and outgoing mails, as well as ensure safe storage and tracking of the physical mails.
• Drive process improvements and system efficiency enhancements
• Develop methods to input, maintain and extract data from software.
