Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Frontend:

• Develop user interfaces for web applications, ensuring responsiveness, accessibility, and optimal user experience.
• Design software to accommodate additional requirements without affecting architecture.

Backend:

• Develop and maintain server-side logic and ensure high performance and responsiveness.
• Design, implement, and maintain database systems with data integrity and security.
• Develop and maintain APIs, ensuring seamless integration with frontend and external systems.
• Optimize application performance for scalability and speed.
• Write clean, secure code and implement data protection measures.
• Resolve complex backend technical issues and implement robust testing frameworks.

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in frontend and backend software development.
• Proficiency in React, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, MinIO, Redis, and Kafka.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Single Page Applications (SPAs) using Angular or React.js with NodeJs, and Typescript.
• Utilize web bundle tooling, particularly Webpack, to optimize web application performance and bundle assets efficiently.
• Integrate web applications with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party APIs to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Implement server-side development using .NET Core to build robust APIs.
• Experience with Azure cloud services such as Azure AD B2C, Azure Container Registry (ACR), Azure Container Services, Azure Container App Instance, Azure App Service, and Azure DevOps.
• Design and development experience with relational database management systems (RDBMS) including MS SQL or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture using messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus or similar.
• Experience with user authentication and authorization mechanisms, such as OpenID, OAuth and JWT.
• Write automated unit and integration tests using Jest, Jasmine, MS Test, NUnit, XUnit or similar to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
• Containerize web applications using Docker to facilitate easy deployment and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to convert Figma designs into HTML assets, ensuring seamless integration of design elements.
• Work collaboratively with technical teams, including architects and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write secure code following best practices and security guidelines.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git, and branching strategies.
• Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.

Good to Have:

• Experience working with Kubernetes orchestration for managing containerized applications.
• Proficiency in load testing techniques to scale web applications effectively.
• Knowledge of security testing methodologies including Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT).
• Experience with mobile development would be an added advantage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in full stack development.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, enterprise-level solutions.
• Experience in Finance or HR solutions systems will be considered an added advantage.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and iterative development practices.
• Demonstrated leader skills with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
