• Supervise vessel accountant teams to ensure timely submission of vessel reports to clients/stakeholders.
• Coordinate and collaborate to meet the accounting requirements of Vessel Owners.
• Manage and regularly review the Accounts Receivable of Vessels.
• Collaborate with vessel accountants to identify and recover various revenue streams from Ship Owners.
• Generate periodic financial reports for all accounts receivables and share them with senior management.
• Provide decision support to internal stakeholders by conducting financial analysis of vessels.
• Use historical financial data and future projections to inform internal stakeholders' decision making and align business decisions with financial implications.
• Investigate and address budget or forecast variances in cooperation with relevant internal stakeholders and report findings to the Senior Manager Finance and Accounting in Singapore.
• Mentor and develop the skills and capabilities of direct reports through implementation of development plans.
• Address competency gaps by conducting performance reviews of direct reports and working closely with HR.

An Assistant project manager/Project coordinator oversees different initiatives or projects of a business, monitors their progress and completion, and ensures that they meet the expectations of the clients.

• Project planning, risk management, and supporting of project coordination.
• Reporting on the schedule progress, project budget, spending and milestone.
• Schedule and take lead of meeting or scrum, recording meeting minutes and follow up.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Multitask, oversee several projects, time management, dependable, good communicator, and able to identify the gaps/issues and fix the gaps/issues.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of IT field is a plus

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field;
• At least 2 years of experience in Project Management & proficient in MS Project;
• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
• Sound communication and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of formal project management methodologies.

REQUIRED SKILL-SET

• Team player attitude with good inter-personal and client management skills;

· Knowledge of IT Fields such as IT systems, infrastructure, and virtualization is a plus.

· PMP certification is a plus.

· Overseas travelling may be needed and regional experience with SEA countries is a plus.
