The Payroll Manager will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, benefits, deductions, and compliance with all relevant regulations. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work closely with HR and finance departments to ensure the smooth execution of payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing: Manage and oversee the full payroll cycle for all employees & contractors ensuring accurate and timely processing of wages, bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure payroll complies with relevant labor laws, tax regulations, and organizational policies.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of employee hours, salary changes, tax filings, and benefits. Monitor and correct discrepancies in payroll data.
Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, and other employee benefits, ensuring accurate deductions and enrollment.

Key Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience (5-8 years) in payroll management.
In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor laws.
Strong understanding of payroll software systems
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
