Quality Assurance (QA):

• Ensure that all testing, including electrical, mechanical, and structural tests, are carried out according to Employer Requirement, approved standards, procedures, and protocols.
• Make sure that the offshore substation meets DNV Project Certification based on DNV-ST-0145 (2021 Edition) primarily.
• Supervise the commissioning process to verify that the offshore substation meets all operational and safety requirements.
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of inspections, testing, and commissioning activities. Ensure all QC-related documents are in compliance with regulatory requirements and Employer’s expectations.
• Ensure the compilation and completion of quality records, inspection reports, and test certificates for final handover to Employer upon project completion.

Project Integration & Coordination:

• Work closely with the project engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure quality management is integrated into all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Interface with external stakeholders such as regulatory authorities, certifying bodies, and Employer to ensure the quality system and results meet project standards and expectations.
• Communicate quality-related issues, risks, and actions to Project Manager, Interface and Risk Manager, and other stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

Risk and Issue Management:

• Identify quality-related risks, including those related to offshore conditions, materials handling, and installation processes. Develop strategies to mitigate these risks and prevent issues from impacting project timelines, costs, or safety.
• Lead the resolution of quality-related issues on-site, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams. Ensure non-conformity reports (NCRs) are documented and appropriate corrective actions are implemented promptly.

Education

You will identify areas for sharpening our Support proposition (e.g. a differentiated offering, value and return on investment vs price) and design and execute controlled experiments driving commercial innovation. You will quantify the impact of Support in driving AWS platform adoption, estimate the ROI, and design and execute initiatives to help accelerate our customer cloud adoption journey. You will enable the sales team to drive the day-to-day interactions with prospects, selling the Support value proposition, in order to build long-term business opportunity. You will engage partners to develop and pilot new Support offerings via the partner ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will possess a keen business sense and exceptional analytical skills, is able to articulate and communicate a clear value proposition across customers, partners, and within the AWS organization, and its comfortable working across internal functions and geographies. The candidate will be naturally curious, going beyond the obvious to discover unexpected insights and translate those into tangible business value.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage customers, partners, and field teams to deeply understand and measure customer value and pain points in adoption of Enterprise Support
• Analyze drivers of Enterprise Support adoption and identify levers for improvement
• Identify, design and execute controlled experiments in driving Enterprise Support adoption
• Review and analyze Enterprise Support pricing and costing, ensuring savings are passed on to our customers
• Quantify impact of Enterprise Support adoption on AWS Platform adoption, estimate the ROI of Support investments in accelerating AWS platform adoption
• Develop and refine sales collateral, reference cases and value proofs for customers and partners
• Drive commercial innovation in Support, e.g. differentiated support offerings per customer segment · In conjunction with Field Enablement, create Support related training programs and material for the field team so that they can properly articulate the Support value proposition
• Work with stakeholders across Commercial/Public Sales, Premium Support, and Enterprise
• Prepare and present business reviews to the senior Sales and BD management team
• Drive Enterprise Support deals end to end with Sales

Basic qualifications

• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience

Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements

Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee financial planning and business performance analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, investment and risk management activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for safe Technical operation of a Fleet of tanker vessels assigned to you.
• Besides day to day close monitoring of vessels, you will be required to preparation and supervise dry-dockings and repairs, carry out vessel inspections, conduct technical investigations, ensure certification and documentation of vessels under your charge are up to date and meet international safety standards.
• You need to monitor closely vessel’s energy consumption on a day to day basis to enhance commercial performance with timely intervention.
• You need to drive safe work culture and inspire the shipboard team
• You will also judiciously manage budgets allocated to vessels and produce regular reports.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years sailing experience.
• Minimum 3 years sailing experience as Chief Engineer.
• You should be professionally sound, highly motivated & a good team player.
• You need to have the physical fitness as per the job demand.
• Good leadership qualities & strong commitment to safety/compliance procedures are essentially needed in our organization.
