Our estimated annual salary range for this position is SGD 160,000 – SGD 190,000 + commission and other benefits. The actual salary offered will depend on the assessment of experience and seniority during the interview process.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with company goals.
2. Analyze financial data, provide recommendations, and deliver regular reports to senior management.
3. Optimize capital structure, manage financing activities, and maintain investor and bank relationships.
4. Improve financial systems, processes, and compliance for institutional investment and IPO preparation.
5. Design shareholder structures and equity incentive plans.
6. Enhance financial tools, lead mergers, and drive process efficiency.
7. Train and mentor finance team members to improve performance.
8. Support or lead equity financing initiatives.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
2. 3–5 years of corporate finance or financial analysis experience, preferably in multinational companies.
3. Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, and capital optimization.
4. Skilled in Excel, SAP, Oracle, and other financial tools.
5. Strong communication, strategic decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
6. High adaptability, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
7. Fluent in English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal skills.
