Job Description:
ยท Manage and keep up smooth restaurant operations.
ยท Maintaining safety and food quality standards.
ยท Supervise both kitchen staff and waitstaff, providing necessary feedback.
ยท write daily budget reports on both revenue and costs.
ยท communicate with dinners and mitigate potential conflicts.
ยท organize and take stock of restaurant supplies.
ยท great communication, time management being proactive.
ยท plans and evaluates department policies, processes, planning menus.
ยท providing legal, financial and/or strategic advice during and of meetings
ยท training the senior leadership team on corporate governance matters
ยท keeping up to date with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the organisation
ยท ensuring that policies are up to date and are approved
ยท overseeing daily operations and customer satisfaction in a dining establishment.
ยท writing reports
ยท collating information.
ยท managing office space and facilities
ยท identifying and monitoring risks to business performance
ยท administering pension schemes and share issues
ยท dealing with company/staff insurance policies
ยท managing contractual arrangements with suppliers/customers
Requirements:
ยท Bachelorโs degree in business management or computer applications or relevant qualification.
ยท At least 7 yearsโ relevant experience.
ยท Leadership mentality. Being able to lead your employees is essential in manager roles.
ยท Time management skills, problem - solving capability, decision making skills, mentorship and ability to work under pressure.
ยท Strong command overall management software like applicant tracking systems, payroll systems, etc.
ยท Excellent knowledge of labour registration.
ยท Excellent communication and leadership skills.
ยท Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
ยท Excellent ability to create a comfortable and healthy work environment for employees.
ยท Willing to work weekends and Public Holidays whenever required.
ยท Strong administrative skills and an aptitude for using IT software
