Packing and Takeaway Management:

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and managing daily food production, ensuring smooth operations in the central kitchen.
• In-charge of job scheduling and assignment of resources for daily production.
• Developing and implementing SOPs to ensure consistency in operations.
• Plan and coordinate daily production schedules to meet demand while minimizing waste.
• Ensures the quality and quantity of products produced meet the business requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock.
• Implement compliance with high standards of QA & QC, hygiene, and health and safety.
• Implement and maintain kitchen policies and procedures.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high levels of performance and professionalism.
