Roles & Responsibilities

The Project Manager’s responsibilities will include:

· Lead a team of engineers, technicians and contractors to manage assigned projects.

· Perform Night Works duties when necessary.

· Ensure that contractors perform their services as per agreed KPIs.

· Manage expenditure, address to operational and administrative issues, and ensure procedures are carried out properly.

· Recommend, justify, and follow-through the variation of work orders.

· Prepare and present weekly and monthly project progress reports as defined by the Management and the client.

· Prepare a clear recommendation in respect of the Project’s quality, cost and time requirements and limitations.

· Perform project management work in building repairs and replacement and additional and alteration works.

· Conduct project meetings with Consultants, Contractors, Clients, etc.

· Coordinate closely with Contractors/ Sub-Contractors or site teams to ensure delivery of result.

· Work with multi-disciplinary Consultant to ensure project works complete on-time.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor Degree in Project Management/ Facilities Management/ Construction Management or equivalent with minimum 3 years of relevant work experience or Diploma with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.

· Experience in Planning, Management, Technical & Contractual skills will be an advantage.

· Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Due to the nature of the projects, night duty will be expected to be carried out from time to time as assigned by the Management.

Reporting to the Senior Operation Manager, the role will be the responsible for operations of the facility assigned, leading the on-site soft and hard services team to ensure the service delivery in accordance to the Key Performance Indicators Framework.

Roles & Responsibilities

The Operation Manager responsibilities will include:

• Monitor and track all job request.
• Monitor and track all project works and their progress status
• Monitoring of KPIs to ensure compliance with performance framework
• Assign vendors / sub-con / technicians to carry out project works
• Monitor Non-compliance letters and liaise with Contracts Dept for response
• Prepare,Plan and compile Monthly various schedules and reports related to the assigned facility
• Liaise with stakeholders of the assigned facility as the Main POC
• Track and monitor all clearance of Vendors / Sub-cons and technicians

Job requirements

• Degree in Engineering/Building/Facilities Management or relevant disciplines
• Min 3 years relevant work experience in a similar role/industry
• Experience in handling Government properties preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong in written and spoken English
• Team driven, multitask, project management

Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability

Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff

Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

Guide factory safety standard operation, ensure video quality and safety supervision

Reasonable arrangement of workers' work and rest time

Able to coordinate the deployment of work

Be familiar with every link of food processing and manufacturing to ensure food quality and safety.

Familiar with company food sales.

This position will be in charge of 1-2 outlets, which includes daily operations, business results and leading the team in delivering excellent service and quality to meet customers' satisfactions at all times. He/ She will support superior in contributing positive business results to the area.


Main Responsibilities in outlet's:

2) Safety & QSC
3) People Management- Morale, Needs, Training and Development
4) Administrative and others

(Those with insufficient or no F&B supervisory experience but has high interest will be considered for Management Trainee position with full training provided)
(Those with much higher experience, will consider for Senior Outlet or Area Manager)
