Job Descriptions

• Manage and oversees smooth daily operations of the restaurant. Ensure compliance with Standard of Operations
• Manage the restaurant’s budget and forecasts to meet or exceed management expectations. Helps implement strategies to continually improve revenue.
• Responsible for the profit & loss of the restaurant and implement appropriate cost control measures
• Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality and appearance of the restaurant through training of employees whilst maintaining a positive and productive working environment
• Ensure safety, hygiene and cleanliness as required by NEA regulations and company policies. Maintain optimal level of sanitary procedures for all food handling, preparation and in compliance with the standards.
• Review/plan of work to achieve high labour productivity & maintaining efficient labour strength.
• Ensure customer’s needs and expectations are met by providing an efficient and professional service as well as resolving potential service failure or feedback with tact and diplomacy.
• Respond to customer complaints in person at the time of the complaint. Provide positive and proactive interaction with clients.
• Drive operational efficiencies of the restaurant by providing operational leadership in support of the organization’s service culture and maximize customer satisfaction.
• To effectively manage a team of kitchen & operations staffs, arrange duty roster, day-to-day operation, to ensure the delivery of both qualitative and quantitative results.
• Handle restaurant administration duties such as POS system, daily and monthly reports, stock taking, ordering with suppliers, attendance, etc.

Requirement

• At least 3-5 years of experience in managing a restaurant, preferably familiar with fine dining restaurant operations
• Strong knowledge in wine and sake
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work efficiently under pressure

• Works closely with the management on strategic business planning and operations.
• Manage respective outlets and its operational and manpower planning (Work schedule, headcount, cost etc) to ensure Outlet Operation runs smoothly.
• Manage cost controlling of ingredients, food purchasing activity of ingredients and equipment maintenance for the store. Ensure adequate stocks and supplies for daily sales.
• Guide and train new staff (full-time, part-time, interns etc) Train and develop Trainee Manager / Outlet Manager candidate.
• Educate and train staff to use various selling techniques to suggest additional purchases and upsell to customers.
• Monitor and be responsible for sales performance of respective outlets and drive sales to hit the target set by management.
• Interview part/full timers when necessary.
• New Outlets setup.
• Check scheduling of manpower in the stores is in accordance to requirements stipulated by management,
• Work with management on the manpower deployment and hiring needs of the stores, interviewing etc
• Oversee the store managers on the management of the stores, ensuring that all SOPs are followed accordingly.
• Work with the store managers on cash management and other store operations matters like platform deliveries, ensuring that all equipment is kept in operational ready conditions, adequate stocks for sales, pest controls check, adhere to strict food hygiene and regulatory standards by SFA and other regulatory bodies.
• Oversee the training of new hires in accordance to training manuals
• Ensure that all menus are updated in store and in all the delivery platforms if there are any changes.
• Follow up with the replacement of all store equipment when needed, including POS system, mobile ordering system and self-ordering kiosk.
• Work with Business Development and Marketing on the introduction of new/seasonal products and sales promotion etc
• Work with Accounts department to ensure all sales takings and cash kept in stores are accounted for.
• Any other duties as assigned by the management.

• Need experience in Architectural metal works, metal cladding, Ceiling panels, Glass Wall, Glass Railing, Sky lights, Stainless Steel & Aluminium works.
• Overall management for the project with respect to contractual, budget, resources, design, procurement, construction, quality and safety.
• Lead the project team for the implementation and execution of works as according to planned schedule.
• Coordination and monitoring of progress amongst various subcontracting works.
• Liaise closely with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors through regular meetings to resolve administrative, design and contractual issues and updating of project progress report.
• Conduct regular site safety meeting and to implement safe site working condition and environmental control measures.

Lead and guide the quantity surveying team in contracts administration to ensure quality and timeliness in delivery of their assigned tasks and responsibilities.

• Advise and resolve requests for equitable adjustment, contract disputes and contract claims.
• Oversee the preparation and monitoring of project cost budget, cash-flow cash-flow for project, track changes in design/construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
• Oversee and manage main contract progress claim and subcontract payment.
• Work closely with the project team to ensure timely award of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure timely finalization of main and subcontract.
