Essential Functions

Job Purpose

The Manager ensures that all mechanical and electrical projects are completed successfully, meeting client requirements, safety standards and within the allocated budget and timeline. Responsibilities

1) Project Planning – The Manager is involved in the planning phase of the projects, collaborating with other stakeholders to determine project scope, objectives, timelines and budget constraints. 2) Design and Engineering – The Manager is responsible for collaborating with the design team or design vendor(s) to ensure that the designs are well-engineered and meet the necessary technical specifications. Person Specification/Job Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in M&E projects or equivalent
• Knowledge of applicable engineering theory, methods and practices.
• Knowledge of relevant quality standards, installation codes and best practices would be an added advantage
• Capable of using computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering and design documents would be an added advantage
