• Attends Progress Meeting, Technical Meetings, Coordination Meetings, Site Meetings, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possesses Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Profressional
• Engineering Board
• At least 12 years of design experience or design management experiece.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the building / condominium.
  Supervise and coordinate all maintenance and administrative staff assigned to the building / condominium
• Carry out all maintenance functions to the highest standard expected for the client and the subsidiary proprietors.

Job requirements:

• Recognized degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Min. 10 years of project management experience in the building and civil work experience in Singapore.
