Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Scheduling
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for mechanical and electrical works.
Budget and Cost Management
- Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost control measures are in place.
Team Coordination and Management
- Lead and coordinate project teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, to ensure smooth execution.
Design Review and Technical Oversight
- Oversee M&E designs, ensure compliance with project specifications, and address any technical issues.
Procurement and Vendor Management
- Source and manage suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
- Ensure that all M&E works meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.
Progress Monitoring and Reporting
- Track project progress, resolve issues promptly, and report updates to stakeholders, including management and clients.
Requirement:
- At least diploma in mechanical engineering
- At least 5 years of working experience in construction field.
- Possess good field experience in mechanical & electrical engineering
- Prior project experience in A&A works.
- Comfortable with 6 days work week with alternate Sat off
