5、能够熟练使用办公软件；

Job Descriptions

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to align with business objectives.
• Plan, implement and optimise campaigns across both digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, competitor strategies, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to implement marketing initiatives.
• Oversee online marketing efforts (SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, PPC) and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Designing, Art, Marketing or related field;
• Experience in video development and conceptualizing creative ideals;
• Knowledge in a wide range of social and digital media and graphic design software (eg : TikTok, Instagram & etc);
• Occasional travel may be required for events and market visits.
• Competent and confident in using design software, such as Adobe Premier, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Filmora, Fireworks & SketchUp;
• Good command of English, Mandarin as these are the primary languages required to engage our customers on social and digital media.

Responsibilities

· Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations

· Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction

· Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints

· Regularly review product quality and research new vendors

· Organize and supervise shifts

· Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity

· Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products

· Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

· Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it

· Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste

· Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses

· Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events

· Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)

· Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices

· Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations

Requirements and skills

· Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, or similar role

· Proven customer service experience as a manager

· Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff

· Familiarity with restaurant management software

· Strong leadership, motivational and people skills

· Acute financial management skills

· any diploma in Business Administration; hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus

Responsibilities

· Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes

· Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space

· Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency

· Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations

· Manage schedules and deadlines

· Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints

· Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation

· Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians)

· Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)

· Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations

· Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments

Requirements and skills

· Proven experience as administration manager

· In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies

· Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles

· Proficient in MS Office

· An analytical mind with problem-solving skills

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

· A team player with leadership skills

· Ability to work shift, weekend and public holiday
