Administration Manager Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY

The purpose of the role is to

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Pilates Manager to lead and grow our new Pilates Reformers program. This role will be instrumental in shaping and executing our Pilates program’s business strategy, ensuring a world-class experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Pilates Instruction:
  • Teach up to 60 group Reformer Pilates classes per month.
  • Conduct private and semi-private Reformer Pilates sessions as needed.
  • Stay updated on the latest Pilates techniques and trends.
• Studio Management:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Reformer Pilates studio, including scheduling, class planning, and equipment maintenance.
  • Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Program Development:
  • Co-develop and implement innovative Pilates programs and workshops to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns to promote Pilates services.
• Team Leadership:
  • Be involved in the recruitment and hiring of Pilates instructors.
  • Provide ongoing training and development to the Pilates team (where applicable).
  • Foster a positive and supportive team culture.
• Business Development:
  • Co-identify (with the Business Development Manager) and pursue opportunities to grow the Pilates business, such as corporate partnerships and special events.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the Pilates program and make data-driven decisions.

Requirement

• Accredited and recognized Pilates Matwork and Reformer Instructor certification.
• Strong track record of teaching group and private Reformer Pilates classes.
• Experience in developing and implementing successful Pilates programs, or in managing group yoga/fitness programs.

Responsibilities:

• To plan and setting schedules and budgets.
• Keep abreast of progress and provide instructions to ensure work is carried out as planned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 20 years of experience operating and maintaining working vessels in the owner's capacity.

• Experience in shipbuilding such as TSHD or any other type of work vessels.
• Construction using a large floating crane (SWL 3,000t or more).
• Experience in dredging works using TSHDs, Cutter suction dredgers, and or Grab dredgers.
• Experience in reclamation works using TSHDs.
• Experience in planning electrical equipment.
• Good knowledge of Electrical circuit diagrams.
• Good knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers and programming such as PLC ladder, function block etc.

The Technical Manager is responsible for all technical operational activities, managing the technical department as well as providing engineering & planning services for tender and support services to projects.

A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Overall responsible for all permanent and temporary works design and design optimization by managing the appointed consultant to ensure that project is delivered within budget
• Responsible for handling client and consultant, coordinate with consultants, client and authorities for design matters and submission.
• Oversee the shop drawings submission and issuance, planning and control delivery of design schedule, monitoring the progress
