RESPONSIBILITIES

BW Group is seeking an SOX Manager to join our SOX Team with the responsibility to design and implement SOX controls to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley ("SOX") regulations. Your primary focus will be on understanding end-to-end business processes and controls, including identifying control design gaps and testing operating effectiveness of controls. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure internal controls are effectively designed and operating efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audit or SOX compliance with a SEC registrant within the maritime industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, direct and lead SOX compliance efforts including annual risk assessment and scoping exercise, assessment of controls design, controls effectiveness validation, timely tracking on gap remediation according to the relevant framework surrounding the ICFR (e.g. COSO, PCAOB, SEC guidelines, etc)
• Maintain and update SOX test plans, perform test work and provide guidance to team members on testing approaches and methodologies in accordance with the relevant frameworks
• Collaborate with business departments and IT to provide guidance to ensure proper alignment with SOX requirements and ensure controls over financial reporting are effective
• Provide SOX training and refresher to stakeholders to enhance awareness and quality of SOX controls
• Prepare and present reports on SOX compliance status to senior management and the audit committee.
• Collaborate with Internal and External Auditors and other stakeholders to support the SOX audits and reviews

• Degree in Accounting / Finance or a related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or equivalent
• Minimum of 7+ years of professional working experience required in SOX or audit compliance, or a similar role; 2-3 years of Big 4 experience strongly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and proficient in utilising tools (e.g. Visio, SOX compliance software)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within defined timelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels to understand comprehensive process flows and control matrices

Job Description: Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager who will be reporting into our Director of Product Management. You will be defining, planning, and executing the product strategy. As a Product Manager, you will have an eye to deliver successful fintech products while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will:

• Drive the creation and alignment of product roadmap based on a keen understanding of relevant data, competitor, customer and market insights

Summary

Reporting to Head of Tax (Asia Pacific), you will be providing senior level support and expert tax advisory to Asia Pacific (APAC) senior management for business support, M&A, tax technical and compliance matters as required.

The Global Centre for Asian Women’s Health (GloW) aims to build a global research platform for transdisciplinary endeavours to address major health concerns over a woman's lifespan and across generations. Through its main hub in Singapore, the Centre will engage in multi-disciplinary research to promote women’s health, including a series of diet and lifestyle intervention studies.

Purpose of the role

The project coordinator/manager will play a key role in dietary intervention studies by actively managing and coordinating diet and lifestyle intervention studies in GloW. As general manager, you will oversee your local office, and be responsible for the overall performance of that team.

You will thus have some involvement in all aspects of the business. You will work with clients; manage your team and address internal issues; liaise with Omnicom stakeholders; and play a role in new business too.

You will line manage the most senior members of the account management team. • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized University
• Possess at least 10 years of relevant work experience with A1 main contractor and has managed large scale projects with project value at least $100million and above
• Possess at least 5 years of experience in managing team
• Strong technical and design knowledge in terms of various M&E systems and services
• Candidates is required to have project experience in data centers, commercial buildings or other buildings projects
• Possess effective analytical, problem-solving, project management, stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Able to work under pressure, fast and dynamic environment

To have at least 10 years of experience for System Furniture Installation, Flooring Marking.

Able to speak fluently in English & Chinese.

Manage and supervise on-site workers. Co-ordinate and work closely with the main-contractor.

Knowledge of on-site safety rules and requirements.

Assist the Project Director in preparation of paper work require by the main-contractor.

Willing to work overtime on Sundays and Public Holidays as and when required.
