The successful candidate will be part of the IT Service Management team. This is an individual contributor role.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Manage, develop, enhance and support company’s IT Service management platform. Drive strategic development and enhance its usability and integration with other tools and process to maximise value.
• Drive IT Operational Service Delivery and management activities, e.g. Incident, Problem, Change, Patch, Configuration and Asset management processes. This includes support of IT operational incidents after office hours.
• Support management and drive collaboration of day to day operational activities across various towers and stakeholders from datacentre facilities, network and platforms
• Manage and drive the IT Service Provider’s performance for IT Operations and ensure Service Level Agreements have been fulfilled and improvement plans to be established
• Serve as the Point of Contact for IT initiatives’ performance, services and changes.
• Facilitate system and service handover to the IT operations for any new applications and major enhancements
• Any relevant ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Degree in IT related discipline & IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Certification
• Minimum 5 – 8 yrs of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure Operations and IT Service Management
• Experienced in project management for IT Infrastructure initiatives, scripting, system admin capabilities, service automation and related technologies.
• Knowledge of actual development and Hands-on administration on ServiceNow Platform. Certification in ServiceNow ITSM CAS, CAD or CIS preferred
• Knowledge in scripting on Json, Python or Javascript on Monitoring / Orchestration platforms, Splunk, ServiceNow or APM tool will be an added advantage
• Working knowledge on network, IT DevOps technologies, Linux, Wintel, VMware and Cloud technologies (AWS / Azure)
• Knowledge and experience in DevOps and Agile
• Responsive to dynamic environment
• Effective & Excellent Skills in Communication (both written and spoken) as well as Vendor and People/Relationship Management
• User-Oriented with good appreciation of business operations
• Diligent and willing to work beyond office hours
• Independent, Self-motivated and result driven

Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage and track the marketing budget.
• Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies including branding, lead generation and competitor analysis.
• Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns across all platforms including traditional and digital platforms
• Ensure marketing activities align with the company’s strategic objectives
• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.

• Organize networking events to enhance relationships with B2B partners.
• Engage in ad-hoc responsibilities and/or projects as needed to assist in the continuous growth of the organization.
• Work closely with management to create a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy aligned with the company’s values, business objectives and industry best practices.
• Create and promoting sustainable business practices (Sustainability), fostering community engagement, and ensuring the organization's positive impact on society and the environment
• Developing clear and measurable goals to track the effectiveness of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainability initiatives.
• Perform any duties as assigned by Managing Director.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business from a recognized university, majoring in Marketing
  At least 6 - 10 years’ experience in Marketing or similar role will be considered favorably.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment
• High level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
• Observant and analytical with experience in analyzing and interpreting data
• Graphic design software skills or equivalent will be considered favorably.

Job Summary

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:

• Collects and understands external and internal customers’ expectations or feedback on supplier quality, and cooperates with other top management personnel in formulating and establishing company policies, operating procedures, innovation plans, and goals for supplier quality.

• Analyzes, evaluates and presents information concerning factors related to suppliers and components such as new regulations, cost of quality, suppliers’ risks, supplier’s performance, and proposals to other members of management team.

• Cooperate with material or purchasing team to establish the supplier quality requirements and agreements.

• Lead SQE team to evaluate, develop, and monitor suppliers and components to ensure they comply with Flex requirements and customer requirements on safety, quality, capability, delivery, environment, society regulation, etc.

• Lead SQE team to measure and track suppliers’ performance and to drive problem solving and continuous improvement.

• Establish and maintain the supplier quality management process and tools, and train SQEs and all peers to ensure compliance of the supplier quality process.

• Commit cross-functional support and form good relationships with internal and external customers in order to maintain a strong support system in the organization, to achieve customer satisfaction and to comply with regulatory requirements

Here are some of our preferred skills:

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in related field.

• Typically requires 8 years of experience, and 3 years of managerial experience.

• Internal or external Auditor certificate for ISO 9001 is a must. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certificates are preferred.

We are looking for a talented and mature Sr. Manager to join our DPS Forward and VTC SG Team in Singapore!

As a Sr. Engineering Manager in the engineering team (Developers & Functional Testers), you will be reporting to the Engineering Sr Director of DPS Forward and VTC SG Team. Your focus will be to oversee the day-to-day activities of a team roughly of size 7 to start with, who will report directly to you. The team would comprise of engineers ranging from fresh college graduates to senior experienced professionals with close to 4-6 or even more years of relevant experience.

The engineers design, build and enhance solutions meant for our customers in an agile, fast-paced environment. You will be working with colleagues across the company, who will help support and challenge you every day. Designing solutions, writing code, unit testing code, developing test cases, automating test cases and frequent check-ins for continuous integration is part of the DNA of this engineering team. You will see your team’s code going to production in just a few weeks and used by strategic accounts worldwide. We need a technically strong, compassionate leader to manage this team and guide them to the next level of success. Our team, as well as our group works under the principles of a common engineering model with both development and testing expertise. You are expected to have hands-on experience and sufficient knowledge to guide the engineers and unblock them as needed on an on-going basis.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Actively oversee developer activities for feature development and bug fixing and ensure delivery of on-time, high-quality, secure code.
• Review high and low level design of new systems as well as enhancements / defect fixing that the team undertakes and provide input / proper guidance as needed.
• Ability to guide engineers to design systems in addition to guidance available from architecture team in terms of technical direction of solution to be implemented.
• Review test strategy and test cases meant for functionally testing features end-to-end, to ensure optimum quality of solutions.
• Be able to review and recommend as needed any open-source / commercial tools that the team is considering for an engineering solution.
• Stay on top of QA testing being carried out for functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, bug tracking etc. and provide input as needed to improve quality metrics.
• Working closely with peer people leaders within the team to support the team’s overall charter in a holistic way and be open to matrix management model across all team members (not just direct reports) if needed to support any project.
• Becoming the bridge / core contact point for Product, Architect, Dev & QA along with all other potential stakeholders in the pipeline for all past, on-going, and upcoming projects / features is a major responsibility for this role.
• Building relationships across different Visa teams and actively working with all stakeholders to create win-win scenarios for all concerned to collectively make progress towards Visa’s common business goal will be another major responsibility for this role.
• Having a keen eye to find opportunities in Visa where the team’s knowledge and skills can be best leveraged to drive new business opportunities will be a highly desired trait.
• Lead and provide technical mentoring to a team of talented engineers and train them on Developer and QA best practices.
• Be prepared to support engineers in troubleshooting urgent Sandbox and Production issues and drive stakeholder communication.
• Display active interest in learning about newer technologies and business use cases to build the next generation of payment solutions.

• Lead meetings and discussions with Product and Architecture teams.
• Mentor and motivate people to drive engagement within the team.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meeting, quarterly OKR settings, and performance reviews for team members.
• Drive behaviors that align with Visa Leadership Principles.
• Hire, develop and retain employees with diverse backgrounds.
• Spend time training and grooming high potential employees (succession planning).
• Develop close working relationships with members of different teams within the organization.
• Become knowledgeable in Visa's core technology, infrastructure, and standards.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
