Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operations of all transactions, efficient customer service, and high quality of service
• Assist in pre and after sales efforts through handling customer inquiries, handover of vehicles, and any necessary repossessions
• Track and manage collection of instalment payments

Skills Required

• Minimum Diploma holder
• Prior experience in either operations or leasing

Responsibilities:

Business Development:

- Identify new business opportunities and grow relationships with key accounts globally

- Develop co-created solutions with customers to enhance offerings and competitiveness

- Mitigate gaps in logistics services delivery

- Develop risk mitigation plans

Sales and Marketing:

- Develop sales performance metrics based on organization's service prices and cost structure approach

- Create vertical business plans to grow market share in vertical sectors

- Drive customer attraction and retention strategies to improve customer loyalty

- Engage in targeted conversations to steer customers to solutions that address their needs

Team Management:

- Manage teams in the workplace

- Optimize use of allocated resources within business activities

Performance Review:

- Review customer needs to enhance offerings and competitiveness

- Review sales performance metrics to enhance sales outcomes

- Review sales proposals and tender documents

- Shape sales outcome effectiveness

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, and marketing

- Experience in international business, with a strong understanding of global markets and trade practices

- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading teams and making independent business decisions

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

- Resourceful and analytical, with strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management

- A min of Diploma education is required.

• Oversee the overall governance, end-to-end process, and development of budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee all cost variances and exposures to help CHANEL manage its margin and economic expenses.
• Combine functional and commercial depth of experience to challenge business partner viewpoints and assumptions.
• Design and perform ad-hoc analysis, incorporating checks and balances to ensure data integrity.
• Review and challenge KPIs and results.
• Monitor financial and operational performance via KPIs and automated/self-serviced reports to support business decision-making.
• Analyze and explain variances between budgeted and actual financial results.
• Articulate the reasons and financial consequences of management decisions with medium and long-term implications.
• Act as a subject matter expert and apply innovative system implications to support data quality and improve business performance.
• Facilitate the assessment, development, and implementation of technological tools.
• Support and coach others in the functionality and application of technological tools.
• Proactively seek innovative solutions to optimize the process of data analysis and modeling.

Specific Coordination & Consolidation:

The Business Finance Manager will support to provide a transversal, holistic and accurate translation of the performance and financial position of the Region.

To achieve this, the Business Finance Manager will:

• Conduct consolidation activities to provide accurate and timely information to management.
• Monitor and enforce the adoption of budget and forecast guidelines.
• Serve as the point of contact for Global teams on forecast and actuals topics.
• Work closely with the Finance Systems team to align reporting needs with system support.
• Provide transversal ad hoc analysis across functions and markets to business partners, working closely with the respective Business Finance teams.
• Consolidate, measure, and challenge SMG&A expenses in the region.

• Actively engaging key stakeholders across regional functions, business divisions, and market Business Finance teams to maintain consistency in data tracking and translate insights for decision-making.
• Serving as the think tank and data center to generate accurate and insightful financial recommendations for initiatives that contribute to regional growth.

What You Will Bring

• A university degree in Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines is preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting, financial planning, and analysis concepts and principles.
• Extensive experience in the finance department of a multinational company.
• Strong background in Controlling and Budget Analysis, with hands-on experience in finance systems. Experience in IT Controlling, Budget Analysis, and IT financial management methodologies is a plus.
• A rigorous, organized approach and a strong sense of service.
