Job Summary:

The Funds Product Manager is responsible for managing and growing the mutual funds product portfolio. This includes developing and executing product strategies to increase product penetration, achieve sales targets, enhance customer experience, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, data-driven decision-making, and continuous innovation to maintain a competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy and Development:

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve AUM growth and sales targets.

• Identify and onboard new fund providers to expand the product suite.

• Create innovative campaigns to enhance product penetration, such as cashback promotions and exclusive offerings.

2. Portfolio Management:

• Monitor and analyze fund performance, ensuring alignment with the market and customer needs.

• Leverage CIO insights and market trends to position funds strategically.

3. Digital and RM Enablement:

• Enhance self-service capabilities on digital platforms to boost client engagement.

• Work closely with relationship managers (RMs) to increase advocacy for fund sales through tools, training, and targeted campaigns.

4. Sales and Marketing Support:

• Design and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

• Organize events and workshops to educate and engage clients and RMs.

• Drive NTW acquisition and promote cross-selling opportunities.

5. Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure all product offerings and campaigns adhere to regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks and meet audit requirements.

6. Data Analytics and Reporting:

• Use data analytics to develop use cases that improve RM productivity and client experience.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.

Require:

1. Those who have relevant work experience in Singapore and are familiar with China's intermediary labor market and have relevant customer resources are preferred.

2. Bachelor's degree or above in human resource management is preferred;

3. Singapore citizens or Singapore permanent residents are preferred;

4. Holders of Singapore CEI certificates are preferred;

5. Work experience in employment agencies in Singapore is preferred;

6. Salary: between $4500-8999.

7. Willing to do telemarketing management of recruitment business, the better the performance, develop the intermediary recruitment market and intermediary customer cooperation market in Southeast Asian countries. Familiar with the development and expansion of China's intermediary labor market, and fully launch the cooperative recruitment of labor market customers in China.

8. Assist the boss in arranging the recruitment of foreign employees, managing the company and developing overseas markets, assisting the company in applying for and managing foreign employees, arranging employee medical examinations and other management work.

9. Responsible for the establishment of the company's business sales team, responsible for completing the company's monthly, quarterly and annual sales performance. Responsible for the development and expansion of foreign intermediary business markets such as China, Vietnam, New Zealand, Indonesia, and the Philippines, and do a good job in these markets.

10. Formulate monthly and annual sales performance and plans, be responsible for achieving the target performance, be responsible for the company's monthly task performance, and include it in the performance examination system.

11. Responsible for the development and expansion of Singapore's various industries and employer recruitment cooperation customers. Achieve the performance requirements of the company's recruitment cooperation customer mission.

• HR administration tasks such as preparing employment contracts, letters and other documentation.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Handle Ministry of Manpower (MOM) matters, such as work permit, work pass applications, renewal, cancellations and any other MOM related issues.
• Manage airport pass applications and renewals.
• Coordinate and arrange airport airside courses for staff.
• Manage staff engagement and relations.
• Monitor staff performance and welfare.
• Manage and resolve staff disciplinary issues/any internal staff disputes.
• Develop job descriptions, identify qualifications and devise recruitment strategies.
• Engage in recruitment activities, including screening candidates, coordinating and arranging interviews.
• Partake in walk in intervews/recruitment events when required.
• Partake in Government surveys.
• Prepare HR reports/documents when required.
• Assist in monthly attendance and payroll processing.
• Manage client complaints and relations (via email/F2f meetings or Whatsapp).
• Work closely with Operations team, on staffing and manpower issues.
• Undertake any other administrative/ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource.
• At least 2 years of working experience in HR management.
• Well versed with the Employment Act and MOM policies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to details and high degree of accuracy.
• Able to work under pressure/very fast paced environment.
• Strong command of English and good writing skills.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with existing staff and potential candidates.
• Organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fast learner.
