• Arrange major contracts for services performed by sub-contractors.

• Review the performance of routine preventive and corrective maintenance with Team Leads.
• Conduct regular reviews of Standard Maintenance Procedures.

One of our clients who first entered Singapore back in 2023 is continuing to grow and expand across SEA and as such are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team.

You will be the sole marketing person for the SEA market, having to set everything up from scratch, there will be some support from the Global Head Office, but they are looking for you to bring the SEA knowledge. The work will be focused on Product Launches as they continue to get product approvals for their range of products across the region.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

• Develop and implement product promotion strategies and brand communication plans aligned with business goals and market conditions, while overseeing marketing materials and brand image management.
• Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to produce actionable reports, and collaborate with sales teams to optimize market resources through research and training tools.
• Establish and maintain relationships with medical institutions, pharmacies, and industry associations to boost product acceptance and usage within target customer segments.

The Marketing Manager will be / have:

• Degree Qualified
• Relevant marketing experience within the pharmaceutical industry
• Regional marketing experience (SEA) preferred
• Fluency in Chinese preferred for internal & external communications and engagement
