Job Responsibilities:

- Managing the Operations Project team, in the facilitation of projects from planning to delivery within quality, cost, safety and time frames by ensureing accurate preparation and execution of all project activities in accordance to both company and statutory requirements

- Conduct reviews and analysis of all project or contract documents so as to be familiar with every detail and/ or requirements

- Work with safety units in a bid to plan and manage safety programs for each project and ensure all aspects of safety are met

- Oversee projects are being carried out to ensure that the work is done according to outlined specifications, and that they conform with project timetable

- Assist in the maintenance, development and enhancement of the company's relationship with contractors in a bid to produce strategic partnership

- Train and mentor the Operations team

- Liaise with customers with regards to all site matters and site meetings if required

- Recognize and solve potential problems and evaluate project effectiveness

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent.

• At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): autocad, building management, ms office
• Preferably Senior Manager specialized in Engineering
• Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Possess good management and supervisory skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proven track record in the Construction industry
• Computer literate

As a warehouse manager, you handle the daily operations of warehouse Process Standardisation: Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs to ensure consistent and efficient operations across all regional warehouses and fulfilment centers. Identify best practices and learnings that can be shared across different markets

• Cross-Market Collaboration: Partner with local teams to understand specific challenges and tailor solutions that can be effectively implemented across different regions. Facilitate knowledge sharing and alignment on operational goals and practices
• Operational Excellence: Lead initiatives aimed at improving warehouse and fulfilment efficiency, including layout optimisation, automation, inventory management, and order fulfilment processes. Use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvements
• Project Management: Oversee regional projects from conception to execution, ensuring that objectives are met on time and within budget. Provide leadership in problem-solving and navigating operational challenges
• Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of implemented strategies. Use these metrics to identify areas for further improvement and ensure consistent performance across the region
• Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops for local teams to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to execute standardised processes effectively. Promote a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Travel Requirements: Expect frequent travel to various warehouse and fulfilment sites within the region to oversee operations, implement changes, and provide on-site supportbusiness effectively.
