Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• Min 5 years Singapore-based FP & Plumbing experiences in Construction Industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience and relevant knowledge in FP & Plumbing calculations including pump sizing, hydraulic calculation, tank sizing and more.
• Experience of design and coordination skill.
• Familiar to fire code requirement with knowledge of basic design and necessary submission for tender bidding and construction, TOP and CSC.

About the role

To run R&D, product development activities and projects related to aerogel such as paints and fire resistant coatings, boards, blankets and other innovation solutions for commercial thermal insulation applications for various industries such as Oil and Gas, Built and Environment, Marine and Offshore and Electric Vehicles. As a core member, it has a pivotal role in shaping the technology, developing the core products together and defining the vision of the company.

Working Days: 5 days a week

Time: 9 - 6 pm

Basic Salary ranges from $4500 to $7000 (Depending on qualifications and experience).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Establish R&D procedures and work processes.
• Manage laboratory day-to-day operations including lab organization, laboratory facilities, and safety protocols.
• Stay up to date with scientific literature/patent, brainstorm new ideas with founders and contribute to the intellectual property of the company.
• Development of new and/or improved product formulation to meet customers requirements.
• Work closely with business team and customers/industry partner for pilot trials, implement their feedback and improve existing product to achieve customer specification.
• Development of a suitable manufacturing process for the product formulation.
• Production of sample batch in lab scale and pilot scale.
• Responsible for effective technology transfer and upscaling to commercial scale batches
• Work closely with process engineers to validate manufacturing methods for production scale batches.
• Train production personnel on manufacturing processes.
• Source and evaluate new raw materials for formulation improvement to roll out new variants.
• Monitors the progress of stability study for R&D samples.
• Develop technical specifications, datasheets for commercial and R&D products.
• Trouble-shooting in the areas of formulation and process for routine production.
• Provides documentation to support registration of products with regulatory authority.
• To ensure the quality of product is in accordance with the specification.
• To ensure that products are produced, stored according to the appropriate documentation and monitor storage conditions for materials and products in order to obtain or maintain the required quality.
• To implement quality control framework for commercial products such as COA and COC.
• To ensure that company is always updated with the regulatory requirements.
• To establish and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices for all R&D and commercial projects.
• Mentor and manage junior staff.
• Prepare progress update and presentations
• To ensure all GMP quality related record are kept properly

Requirements

• A minimum of bachelors degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, materials science/engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience with track record in formulating / developing new coating products with commercial release.
• Experience working with various types of solvent free, water based and solvent-based coatings /paint chemistry is advantageous.
• Leadership abilities, problem solving skills and a good communicator
• Experience in paint additive chemistry
• Project Management expertise
• Experience in industrial coating performance standards such as ISO, ASTM., etc.
• Ability to drive innovation and creativity in a team setting
• Experience in nanotechnology or surface coatings is a plus

Job Summary

· Senior/Principal Civil and Structural (C&S) Engineer is an exciting role that offers candidates opportunities in SJ Global Energy’s business unit covering C&S design work for various projects such as CCGT power plants, renewable, clean energy projects and typical land infrastructure for terminaling projects.

Responsibilities:

· Perform feasibility study, concept design, front end engineering design (FEED) and detailed designs for civil & structural (C&S) works in industrial/energy related projects. The C&S design will cover foundation, substructure for storage tanks, pipe racks/sleepers/bridge, equipment plinths/foundation, underground pipeline culvert, drainage, sewerage, road infrastructures, superstructures for low-rise buildings/structures, etc.

· Experience in power plant projects would be an added advantage

· Prepare C&S material take-off (MTO) for cost estimates

· Prepare C&S tender specifications, and project requirements, carry out the tender evaluation, etc. for C&S works

· Conduct presentation for concept, FEED and detailed designs to clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Project manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operation of the projects.
• To support Site Project Manager in managing day-to-day clients’ interactions and expectations for optimal results

Job Description

• Develop detailed designs, layouts, and specifications for piping systems, ensure proper pipe support design based on piping loads, thermal expansion, and seismic considerations.
• Identify appropriate materials, ensure material compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, and standards such as ASME, ANSI, and local regulations.
• Work closely with process, mechanical, civil, and electrical teams to ensure piping systems are integrated seamlessly with other systems

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical / Piping Engineering
• For degree holder, minimum 5 years of experience in piping design and engineering. For Diploma holder, minimum 8 years of experience is required.
• For senior position, candidate must have at least 10 years of experience, including leadership or project management experience.
• Strong expertise in piping materials, piping arrangement, stress analysis, and design of piping systems
• Must be a self-starter and be able to work with minimal supervision, make sound decisions, take independent action, and provide focused solutions to assigned projects
• Possess strong inter-personal and communication skills and be able to work well with people at all levels in the organization
• Knowledge of international and local standards (e.g., ASME, ANSI, BS EN, PUB Singapore guidelines)

Cyber Security Engineer (Shift)

Job Description:

• Perform remote standby during weekends, public holidays, and after office hours for Monday – Friday.
• Provide phone/email and on-site (if required) support, resolving, mitigation, troubleshooting and investigating issues pertaining to cybersecurity solutions the company has implemented for its clients.
• Log incidents (either via phone or email) into incident management system (ITSM).
• Track and handle all incidents within client’s SLA.
