Reporting directly to the Global IT Infrastructure Manager you will be required to be responsible for the day to day management of all relevant ICT systems and personnel.

In this role you will manage a helpdesk service function for all internal employees dealing with server hardware, server software applications and operating systems, phones, email enquiries, application issues and not limited to issues regarding the Network and PC Operating Systems, ensuring staff are suitably trained and issues are dealt with in a prompt manner.
