1. Computation and prepartion of Topographic map, Boundary surveys, all co-ordinates and level
2. Duties will primarily be office related but may require occasional field work associated with all facets of surveying including topographic mapping, control surveying and construction layout.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake construction supervision as RE of underground building works and civil infrastructure, involving site inspection, meetings and review of drawings and method statements in accordance to customer specifications, applicable codes, standards and other generally accepted practices
• Carry out independent design checks for temporary formwork and formwork support system
• Keep quality records of all works, monitor and report on work progress
• Review and comment on contractor's submissions
• To review and supervise safety, environmental and health matters
• Station full-time on site to support Senior Resident Engineers (SRE) and the QP(S) with projects

Requirements:

• Experience in Underground work/ viaduct work
• Minimum Diploma in Civil and/or Structural Engineering from an established institution and/or qualification accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as RE for LTA project (MRT, underground, tunnelling works) or PUB project
• Has good working knowledge of Geotechnical and instrumentation works and compliance to Singapore Building Regulations
• Good analytical ability with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Independent, organized with positive work attitude

What will you do?

Continuous development and operation of the ‘Let’s Talk’ platform

• UI enhancement and bug fix
• Integration with external systems as needed
• Security enhancement and issue fix
• SEO(Search Engine Optimisation) and digital marketing support
• Operation and maintenance of the platform
• Liaise with external SaaS platform vendors (CSP)
• User case specific development: Other use cases to be created under ‘Let’s Talk’ platform per the requirement from the project team

Documentation

• Tech design documentation
• Security process documentation
• Operation documentation
• Incident report (as needed)

Other development and operation support: Work on the implementation and operation for any other services, components required by digital youth mental health program offering.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in software engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or infocomm-related discipline.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Proactive, self-driven and self-motivated
• To independently support SaaS (Discourse.org) based online community platform development and operation:
• JavaScript ES6, jQuery 3.6, CSS 2&3, HTML5.1, SQL database, Google Analytics experience are must have.
• Discourse.org SaaS experience, security operation experience as a plus.
• Strong collaboration skill with other team members and stakeholders including but not limited to UI/UX designer, BA, project manager, tech lead, data analyst and customers.
