Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to expand business opportunities in:

2. Soil Investigation Works
3. Laboratory Testing for Soil, Rock, and Construction Materials
4. In-situ Site Testing (e.g., Sand Replacement, Site CBR, Plate Loading Test, Pile Testing – PDA & PIT)
5. Installation of Recharge, Relief, Dewatering & Pumping Wells
6. Pumping Test

• Identify and develop new business opportunities while growing the existing customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through active follow-ups and regular site visits, meetings and presentations
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service by collaborating with internal teams to address their needs.
• Prepare tender costing, quotations, and monthly sales performance reports.
• Set and achieve sales goals and quotas to drive business growth.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or higher in Civil Engineering or related fields (e.g., Geology, Construction, Testing).
• Experience: Preferably 5 years of sales experience in a similar industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Civil & Geotechnical Engineering works and geotechnical solutions is a plus.
• Networking: Strong industry connections and a solid understanding of geotechnical practices.
• Mobility: Possesses a valid Class 3 driving license with own car (preferred) or rides a motorbike.
• Sales Skills: Confident in making cold calls and building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of medium to large scale Biometric (.NET Framework) projects in the business domain of Public Security with emphasis on IT Security & Biometric Control;
• Conduct formal release tests and/or regression tests;
• Prepare test plans/cases, scripts and project related test deliverables;
• Generate test data to test each software or hardware component according to the quality criteria and business requirement;
• Design and develop automated testing procedures or scripts and keep them up-to-date;

Position Summary

Your main role will be to ensure that Lam Research comply with regulatory and safety requirements.
