Technical Support:

Provide first-line support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

System Maintenance:

User Training:

Create user documentation and guides for common IT processes and procedures.

Qualifications to bring:

About The Role

• Responsible for ensuring the availability and reliability of multiple data centers to meet IDC operational requirements.
• Conduct daily inspections of servers, switches, power environments, etc., to maintain a good operating environment in the data center and provide feedback data.

Job Requirements

• Engineering Degree, Technical Diploma in ICA ( Instrumentation Control & Automation ), Mechatronics /Electrical and Electronics, candidates strong in Physics & Chemistry, ITE graduate with proven track record are welcome.
• Strong in oral and written presentation skills coupled with customer centric service mindset is likely to excel
• Require a basic understanding of IOT / SCADA / Building Management Monitoring & Control System will be very helpful
• Candidate who is inclined towards hands on and practical is likely to excel

This is a Field Sales position, candidates with prior field sales or service experience will be helpful although training will be provided

Responsibilities:

• Familiarity of ship owners' and shipyards' working procedures and environments
• Willing to work in local and foreign shipyards as well as in anchorage environments at irregular hours, including weekends, public holidays, and overnights, depending on vessel schedule
• Capable of inspecting, troubleshooting, and performing full maintenance on the ship's navigation equipment and main engine remote control system

Requirements:

• Relevant marine / mechanical / engineering qualification
• Sound knowledge in pneumatics / electrical control engineering
• Hands on experience in Marine Automation
• Those with minimum experience or education level will be consider for Technician

Responsibilities

· Structural design of FPSO modules and equipment foundations.

· Vessel modification engineering.

· Finite element analyses.

· Rigging design and lifting analyses.

· Seafastening, transportation and offshore installation engineering.

· Structural drawings and installation sequence drawings.

· Site inspections and on-site technical support.

Requirements

· Degree in structural engineering or equivalent.

· Minimum eight years of relevant experience in the marine and offshore industry.

· Proficient in drafting

· Experienced in structural design and finite element analyses.

· Proficient in English.
