We are hiring a Senior Network engineer who is highly proficient with Network product in Cloud infrastructure, to manage the daily operations and deliver the services within SLA. The Network engineer will support the capability of the Cloud platforms to deliver a cost effective and sustained level of availability to meet customers’ requirements. • Generate detailed reports outlining identified issues, recommended solutions, and actions taken for each maintenance task or diagnostic analysis.

Operational Coordination:

• Coordinate operational activities including scheduling, resource allocation, and route optimization for the AV fleet.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and management teams to facilitate coordination between technical tasks and operational requirements.
• Propose and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimally a diploma in relevant Engineering field with equivalent work experience, with a focus on mechatronics preferred
• Familiarity with Unix (Ubuntu) environment
• Good understanding of Class 4 autonomous buses equipped with SAE Level 4 autonomy, including sensor technology, control systems, and software.
• Proficiency in Level 1 troubleshooting, data collection methodologies, and coordination of maintenance activities for Class 3 and 4 vehicles and electronics equipment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Dedication to meticulous documentation and reporting practices.
• A Class 3/4 driving license will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in service engineering, technical support and/or operations coordination. Prior experience related to Class 3 and 4 vehicles will be an advantage.
