About the Role

The Project Sales Manager will act as liaison between the company project team and clients, providing information on planning, delivering, testing, commissioning, service and maintenance repair related knowledge from securing to closing of a project.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for acquiring and managing project sales for air-con products/systems.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales target by reaching out to new clients and making presentations or pitches about air-con products and company.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring TAC tickets and resolve customer technical complaints within stipulated TTR (Time to Resolve) SLA
• Update/handle tickets in ticketing system as per TAC handbook, respond to incoming emails, calls, and web requests from customer in a timely manner
• Execute and lead service interventions such as system upgrades, configuration changes and preventive maintenances
• Replicate customer problems in lab, escalate issues to engineering when engineering help is required either in debugging or problem has been reproduced in the lab
• Perform on-site or TAC-Remote network audit for customers
• Serve Premium or Strategic customer as a Technical Account Manager (TAM)
• Assist the team with escalations as and when required
• Assist customers in planned major network maintenances
• Participate in rotating day shift duties to support operations
• Deliver basic and advance training to iDirect customers
• Maintain and upgrade the training lab to the latest software release as and when required
• Provide feedback to the content developer on training material for continuous improvement

• Able to travel in short notice when needed

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Electronics/Telecommunications Engineering.

Job Summary

The Test Development Engineer will design, develop an automated test system and test programs for test automation. This will involve designing electronic circuits, writing test software, and integrating test hardware to attain full test automation. This person will commission the test system and integrate it into the machine handling automation system.

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Cloud Engineer, you will be taking care of Azure Identity Service (AIS) operation services as part of enhancement to Government Identity Service (GIS). This includes supporting of Azure/GCP cloud ID and roles management, AAD group management, Enterprise Application onboarding into GCC, Service Principal Account for Cloud Admin in GCC and GCC users for Azure/GCP Cloud Domain registration and Azure license assignment in GCC. As a Senior/ Cloud Engineer, you will be working on cloud operations in the delivery team. You will execute daily cloud operations as well as cloud implementations in technical customer engagements including basic operations and administration, specific implementation projects and/or pilots in Cloud.

The Cloud Engineer should have experience in delivery roles and success in implementation discussions, hands-on experience with good client handling skills and good team player within the team.
