Job Description:

· To make sure that PLC and SCADA system equipment are tested and commissioned in conformity with the

design drawings, testing procedures, safety measures and QA/QC system.

· To manage the PLC Testing & Commissioning activities (Integration, Validation, SAT, and ITC)

· Software design, configuration, programming, testing installation, commissioning, optimization, and

maintenance of multiple PLC and STEP7 SIMATIC MANAGAER and Siemens PCS7 process control systems or

Siemens DCS systems.

· Developing of Process Logic in Ladder, Statement List and Functional Block Diagram, Continuous Function Chart

(CFC), Structured Control Language (SCL), SIEMENS- various SERIES using STEP7 SIMATIC MANAGER. Conversant

with IEC 61131-3 (international standard for programmable controller programming languages).

· Knowledge working in Allen Bradley PLC1756-L56, using AB RS Logix 5000 for programming, using Kepware

OPC server (KEP Server EX).

· Knowledge in Profibus DP, Ethernet, Modbus RS485 and TCP /IP, IEC61850.

· To carry out Point-to-point test with substation electrical equipment.
