• Position Title: Validation Engineer

• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM – 6 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Quality and Validation Manager Asia to complete the tasks on time with good quality.
• Responsible for the successful execution of the Validation functions for customer projects, as required – Quality, Cost, and Time.
• Responsible for driving and supporting the project team for projects where validation is required and ensuring execution complies with company's standards.
• Provide training on qualification activities.
• Responsible for maintaining qualification documentation standards and procedures.
• Create and maintain qualification/validation documentation from the design phase of projects for mechanical, software, and hardware parts.
• Lead the qualification/validation activities of projects (risk analysis, protocol drafting, and test execution during FAT/SAT) internally and at our partners' sites (approximately 20% of the time on travel throughout the year).
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Has 2 years of working experience in quality or validation of automated systems (mechanical, software, hardware) or equivalent
• Prior work experience in control systems design is advantageous
• Excellent understanding of assembly, test & debug procedures

Associate Engineer (PLC / SCADA)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for projects detail design, prototype, commissioning and testing completed systems

Liaise with Customer and internal team members to ensure good co-ordination, planning and meeting project schedule

Responsible for integration of both hardware & software work as well as implementation

Carry out proper execution of the integration/engineering/maintenance work and QA Technical checks throughout project execution

Handle application programme change management, hardware deployment management & documentation

Interface with SCADA & PLC programming

Meeting with clients, reports and documentation

Capable of performing troubleshooting independently

Qualifications:

At least Diploma in Electrical/Electronic or related discipline

With at least 1-2 years of experience in PLC/SCADA

Able to work under pressure, multi task and good coordination of tasks

Able to perform standby duties

Good interpersonal skills, able to work both independently and in teams

Night work will be required based on the project.

Responsibilities:

• Capable of reading electrical and ELV drawing schematic diagram drawing.
• To coordinate and liaise with sub-contractor on project related matters to ensure to smooth execution of site work.
• Able to review and understand contract specification, prepare and submit variation order as according to the requirement.
• Able to perform engineering design, load and fault calculation.
• Able to resolve technical issues related to installation, commissioning and testing
• Ensure the installation works are done according to the approved shop drawing, method statement, project specifications and relevant standards.
• Attend regular site meetings with Clients/Sub-contractors to discuss and resolve the site matters.
• To assist Project/Site/Construction Manager on handling and monitoting the project progress.

Requirements:

• ITE/Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in project management handling for industrial or commercial purpose.
• Experience in MRT Project is a bonus.
• Knowledge in designing phases or street lighting works related is a bonus.
• Fresh Graduate are welcome.
• Good communication and interaction skill.
• A team player and possess problem-solving, coordination and management skills.

Responsibilites:

• Supporting deployment of on-site data centre physical infrastructure.
• Installing, replacing and troubleshooting Cables and Hardware.
• Handling data bearing devices (ex. hard drives, solid-state drives, etc.)
• Working within a ticket-based environment.
• Movement of equipment using pallet jacks or other assisted lifting equipment.
• Assisting the Datacentre Inventory and Asset Management Team (DIAT) with shipping/receiving and inventory management to address high work volumes.

Skills:

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and components.
• Six (6) months or more handling/maintaining any technical equipment or machinery.
• 1+ years’ experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
• Applicable certifications: CompTIA (A+, Server+, Network+), Basic Structure Cabling (BSC).
• Ability to support frequent standing, walking, lifting, and working at heights with or without equipment assistance.
• Able to communicate effectively.
• Proficient in written and oral English communication to support regional and global teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the fire protection team, providing technical guidance, support, and mentorship as needed.
• Develop and implement fire protection strategies, standards, and policies inaccordance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments and contractors to develop fire protection plans that meet project requirements.
• Ensure that all fire protection systems within the facilities are in good working condition, and perform regular inspections and testing to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Develop and implement fire safety training programs for facility staff and workers.
• Stay current with developments in fire protection systems, codes, and standards and ensure that the team is up-to-date on best practices
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, fire departments, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations
• Provide technical support to project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders asrequired.
• Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of fire protection systems.
• Develop and monitor budgets and provide regular reports to the Director of Facilities Management.
• Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Liaise with and manage the clients

Requirements:

• Degree in Facilities Mgmt, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably with at least 3 years in fire protection or facilities management, with a focus on fire protection.
• Strongknowledge of fire protection systems, principles, codes, and standards will be added credit.
• Experience managing and leading a team of engineers and technicians.
